Project overview
Noho, an eco-friendly furniture company, was launching its first online store. Our goal was to design a user-friendly experience built entirely from scratch.
With no existing structure in place, our first challenge was aligning on design decisions and feature priorities. I led the design process, ensuring user needs and business goals stayed closely aligned throughout the final product.
How I helped the team align, focus, and execute
I led a 4-day workshop that helped the team align on product goals, foster open dialogue, and make high-impact design decisions.
This collaborative process gave me clarity on both UX strategy and visual execution.
