Project overview
Noho, an eco‑friendly furniture company, asked us to design its first online store from scratch. We began by interviewing sustainable‑furniture shoppers to uncover their needs and pain points. Those insights shaped our feature roadmap and ensured every design decision balanced user goals with business strategy.
How I helped the team align, focus, and execute
I led a 4-day workshop that helped the team align on product goals, foster open dialogue, and make high-impact design decisions.
This collaborative process gave me clarity on both UX strategy and visual execution.
